The past couple of weeks...

My hard work thus far has started to pay off. I've gotten compliments from everyone I've come across on how much weight I've lost, it's the best motivation I've found yet.

Saturday I went running in the park for the first time. I love how centered I feel while running outside. I think I could run forever if only my body would cooperate. I ran on Monday night as well and my knees and ankles felt on fire by the time I got home so I skipped a run yesterday and plan on going out tonight.

P90X is going well. I've been using it for the strength workouts and sticking mostly to running for cardio. I'm in week 4, my first recovery week, and it's been a pain. Core synergistics kicked my butt yesterday and yoga X is very, very difficult as well. Today I'm skipping KenpoX so I can save my knees for my run tonight, I'm going to do the stretchX instead.

I've started to eat cleaner. I'm hoping to completely remove processed foods from my diet.

Overall I've been doing great with this journey!
